Chief Keef is getting back in the good graces of the law. According to the "Chicago Tribune," the embattled rapper has paid $531 to settle a speeding ticket he received in May.
Last month, Chief Keef - born Keith Cozart - pled guilty to driving 110 miles-per-hour in a 55-miles-per-hour zone . In addition to the fine, Cozart was placed on 18 months probation and ordered to perform 60 hours of community service. He will also have to complete eight hours of traffic school.
While Chief Keef is attempting to put the speeding incident behind him, he still has several other legal issues to work out. In May, he was picked up for allegedly smoking marijuana is an Atlanta hotel. He also faces a pending arrest warrant out of Miami Beach, Florida for failing to appear for a court date stemming from another marijuana possession charge.
