ABC 7 is reporting that Castle View Elementary School in Riverside has been evacuated due to a parent barricading themselves in a classroom around 11am on Tuesday. One other adult, possibly a teacher or staff member is believed to be inside the classroom with that parent. No other details are known at this time.
