Scientific Proof To "Once A Cheater, Always A Cheater"

"Once a cheater, always a cheater” – you've heard that saying countless times and you've probably even said it to a friend or two after a bad breakup. Well, now, thanks to a study out of the University of Denver, there's scientific proof to back that adage up.

Regardless of the reason for the affair, researchers found that cheaters are 3.5 times more likely to cheat again after the first time. The saddest statistic, however, is that people who are cheated on are also more likely to be cheated on again.
