No one will argue that swearing in front of your kids is good parenting, but should it get someone arrested? Apparently so in South Carolina, where a mom who asked her kids and husband to "stop f**king squishing the bread" at a Kroger store was arrested recently for disorderly conduct. A nearby shopper complained to store security, who summoned police. According to North Augusta's disorderly conduct statute, uttering "bawdy or obscene words" in public is grounds for arrest. [More: Salon]
