A man was handcuffed after speeding and having possession of drugs in his car on Saturday. After the police officer placed the man in the back seat of the patrol car, the detainee complained that it was too hot so the cop, being the kind hearted individual he was, decided to remove the glass pane between the backseat and the front so that he can get some cool air.
Apparently, that was not the smartest decision because the man somehow managed to maneuver from the backseat to the driver's side and stole the car!
He was able to travel about five miles before he attempted to flee on foot and it didn't take much time for the police to catch up with him and arrest him- again.
And yep, you guessed it, this all happened in Florida!
