Are you too old to get a tattoo? Once you've turned 31, the answer is yes, according to a new survey on "age-appropriate" fashion and behavior. Other findings: You should stop high-fiving people at age 27, quit using emoticons in text messages at 29 and give up watching reality TV at 31. Meanwhile, women should apparently throw away their stilettos at 24 and bikinis at 48, and men should cut off their ponytail at 29 and goatee at 34. In other words, according to the 1,000 people between the ages of 18 and 70 who were polled, it seems that everybody might as well drop dead before they're 50.
