Both sides of the 91 Freeway in Riverside is closed while police is attempting to remove a woman who was threatening to jump from a bridge, authorities said.
The closure for both eastbound and westbound lanes is currently on Adams Street, where cars have been allowed to exit, according to the California Highway Patrol
