This really is crazy...
Jaime Ciero is suing Disney over their Frozen track "Let It Go", claiming that it's a blatant rip-off from a song he wrote called "Volar."
He recorded the song in 2008 and says it was "a huge international success reaching millions of listeners and landing on numerous charts of the most popular, top-performing songs." (Even though I've never heard of it ???)
Now he's going after Disney and everyone connected to the song, including Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel.
I'm sure the majority of you have heard the now-iconic Disney song by now. It's been heard all over the world and will even be a part of a show at both parks this Winter season based on the movie.
BUT... if you listen to "Volar" below, you can hear some pretty stark similarities.
