I'm sure you've heard this enough. BUT, I can't deny my excitement when I saw the first official trailer for Detective Pikachu. I was skeptical (as many were) when I first heard of this. Those worries were thrown to the wayside after seeing this trailer.
Pokemon is huge. A worldwide phenomenon that spans a few generations now. I'm currently getting my 1 year old daughter watching it by the way! Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu was an odd choice, but it seems to work.
Basically, I'm saying, who wants to go to the premiere with me!?
