A 44-year-old Murrieta women was killed Tuesday morning when 25-year-old Javier Caldera slammed into her vehicle at a high rate of speed on Interstate 15 south of Rancho California Road in Temecula around 7:30am.
According to authorities, Caldera of Auburn, Washington, who was uninjured, was determined to be under the influence of drugs and was arrested. Caldera's Silverado struck the back of the Altima which started a 6 vehicle chain reaction.
