The Riverside County Sheriff’s department reported Thursday morning, April 2, that Deputy Terrell Young, who had served 15 years with the department, was the department's first to die from the novel coronavirus disease COVID-19. The department had announced last week that three deputies had contracted coronavirus. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
