I'm sure there will be plenty of police activity going down for Halloween. This is an example of what NOT to do. In Arkansas, during a "routine traffic stop", a cop pulled over a car and one of the passengers almost immediately got out of the car and ran. Even the police department said he run like Forrest Gump.
Nothing seemed to happen from the matter. The driver was let off with a warning. Seems kind of suspicious, because I would have PLENTY of questions for that odd behavior. Check out the video below.
