VA street rap icon Young Crazy (@YoungCrazy110) drops a new EP one week after regaining 100% of his masters and re-releasing his greatest hits as an LP entitled Who TF is Crazo Damn. His fans were elated to support him following the news, and Young Crazy repaid his fan's support with a surprise EP, Gucci Mane of VA. The new project is a statement EP that perfectly encapsulates his contributions to the Virginia rap scene. As one of the few indie street lyricists in his state to accomplish many things, he is gracious with his opportunities. His willingness to share his spotlight with other acts from the area has helped him become known as the Gucci Mane of his state. The 7-track masterpiece features a early 2000's themed cover by Gallery Provence. It is a collection of his most recent singles and full versions of his freestyles across the country. Tracks like "BLIT" & "Suburban Kid" have seen endless support on various outlets like All Hip Hop, The Source, and Lyrical Lemonade.
The Guwop-inspired tape starts with an ode to the East Atlanta rap superstar. Moye & The Beatman helped create the perfect intro for Young Crazy to express his gratitude for Gucci while staking his claim as the top dog in VA. With "Suburban Kid" all over the radio in the DMV, it is clear that Crazo has caught his stride and will not stop until he is at the top of the rap game. The 18-minute tape also features an all-new single, "BOMBACLOT," sure to make its round in all nearby clubs.
As Young Crazy promises to release more music. Be sure to revisit some of his latest work, like "Shell Jumping" featuring Icewear Vezzo and his groundbreaking freestyle on Power 105.1's On The Radar with Gabe P! Young Crazy has been an innovator in his area. Now he is looking to take his partnership with United Masters and create more game-changing moments for himself but, more importantly, for his area as a whole.
