ESPN reports that former mixed martial arts champion Ronda Rousey has agreed to join the WWE as a full-time professional wrestler. On Saturday, Rousey shocked a Philadelphia crowd by emerging during the tail end of the WWE’s first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match. "This is my life now--first priority on my timeline for the next several years. This is not a smash-and-grab; this is not a publicity stunt...I want to wrestle. I want to be part of this company, and I want the fans to respect me," Rousey told ESPN of her decision to pursue wrestling. For his part, UFC president Dana White says he’s happy for Rousey, texting ESPN to say, “This is something she has always wanted to do.”
