Students Who Sleep Well Before Finals Do Better Than Those Who Cram

Thinking about pulling an all-nighter before final exams? Think again: Two new Baylor University studies prove that students who prioritize sleep during finals week fare better than those who opt for binge-studying. "The findings aren't shocking, on one hand--but they are shocking relative to our culture," said Michael Scullin, who conducted both studies.
