Lil Xan briefly left rehab over the weekend to he could buy a new house in his hometown of Redlands, California. TMZ reports that he was accompanied by a nurse and returned to the facility as soon as he signed the papers. Xan plans on living in his new house once he's completed in-patient treatment. Sources say he will have round-the-clock staff monitoring him. The rapper checked into rehab last week to kick his opioid addiction.
