Halsey concert in Maryland was canceled Wednesday night after torrential rains flooded the venue.
Fans posted pictures and videos of the deluge at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia on social media. The show was delayed because of a tornado and flooding warning from the National Weather Service. The concert was called off at 10:00 pm. At one point, a crew member was seen kicking an animal off the stage.
Halsey tweeted, "Right now I’m heartbroken and panicked, and I just want to know when/that you all get home safely. I love you guys more than anything."
She also had issues with the venue. Halsey tweeted, "I really want to add that I am beyond disappointed with the way the venue handled everything tonight and my rescheduled date will be happening somewhere else. I hear you guys loud and clear I promise." [NME]
