It's been said that you need to come prepared for an interview. It seems that Jay-Z flipped the script when he was trying to sign Megan Thee Stallion. Meg recently shared how Flamin' Hot Cheetos was a key in her signing with Roc Nation.
In 2019, Megan thought she was meeting with Roc Nation executives and taking a tour. She ran into Jay-Z, who had a present for her.
She said, "I’m like, 'I didn’t know JAY-Z was coming to my meeting!' But he comes in the room and he has like six platters of Hot Cheetos and he’s like, ‘I heard you like Hot Cheetos!’ And I was sold."
Research always pays off.
