The days of returning Amazon purchases through UPS at no charge are over. Amazon is now charging a new $1 fee on certain returns through UPS, which will be deducted from your refund.
While Amazon hasn't spoken out directly on this new fee, a Reddit thread reveals that customers are being charged on "certain orders to a UPS store that could have been returned to a Whole Foods, Kohl's, or Amazon Fresh location that is either closer or within the same distance." [Read More]
