So this photographer is not really a photographer but more of a dog groomer that takes really good pictures of the dogs. In an effort to save money the groom (who is a friend of the photographer) asked if they would take pictures for the wedding. The photographer expressed her discomfort as it was not her forte, he said he didn't care.
The photographer agreed to do the wedding for 250 which isn't much for such a long and intense event. They did all the prewedding appointments (following the bride around), the wedding, the staged pictures, the reception and the speeches. It was then 5pm and they were told they couldn't eat or sit down. There was no spot saved for them. They couldn't even get a water bottle refill. They told the groom they had to leave in 20 minutes in order to get food and water. The groom responded with "You need to either be a photographer or leave without pay".
The amount of work, the heat, the lack of food and water, along with the rudeness the photographer said this "I asked if he was sure, and he said yes, so I deleted all the photos I took in front of him and took off saying I'm not his photographer anymore”.
What do you think of this story? Was the photographer in the right?
