The Global Citizen Festival in New York City featuring The Weeknd, Cardi B, Janet Jackson, and more came to a halt when a large fence at the festival fell causing loud noises to be heard throughout the crowd.
Many people thought the loud noises were gun shots.. causing a panic with fans running towards the exits.
However, NYPD later came on stage and even tweeted that no gun shots were fired and even went through the procedures necessary to keep the show going!
