6ix9ine's Lawyer Reveals Why He Is Not On Bail

I don't know about all y'all... But, I've honestly forgot allll about this situation.

As we all know, Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently sitting behind bars, awaiting trial for the racketeering and firearms charges he was hit with in 2018. According to sources, it was reported that his lawyer was preparing a $1.5M bail package in order to be released from federal prison. When all was said an done and he wasn't released it was revealed that there has been some complications within his legal team.

His attorney, Lance Lazarro, was temporarily removed from the case, according to the "GUMMO" rapper's attorney, Dawn Fiorio. This has delayed moment on the case.

"The lawyers for two of the defendants raised issues of conflict of interest that Lance Lazzaro had represented two other co-defendants in the case and the judge removed him from the case until the conflicts could be waived by Mr. Hernandez and also by [6ix9ine's co-defendants'] respective clients," she told XXL.

Adding, "So until that could be done, Lance is not representing Daniel Hernandez [6ix9ine] right now because of what happened, of course, we're going to postpone the bail hearing until Lance can come back on the case."

The judge on the case temporarily removed Lazzaro but ordered him to submit a letter that details the work he did for Kifano "Shotti" Jordan, who served as 6ix9ine's former manager, and Faheem "Crippy" Walter. Lazzaro has until Monday to submit those letters.
