Don't tell Makenzie Noland that alligators are dangerous. The recent Texas A&M University grad--a wildlife ecology major and intern at the alligator rescue Gator Country--has gone viral with her grad photo, in which she's wearing her cap and gown while lovingly touching the snout of a nearly 14-foot gator named Big Tex. “I get in the water with that animal every day,” she told The Guardian, which notes that Big Tex and Holland have formed a special bond. “Every single time I get in the water with him, I realize how huge he is. He’s a real-life dinosaur.” Big Tex is the largest gator at the rescue.
