According to the Riverside County Department of Animal Services, authorities have located the woman in the video showing her dumping 7, 3-day-old puppies in a dumpster in Coachella on Thursday. The video went viral pretty quickly after it was released the following day due to it's heartless imagery. Thankfully, just 15 minutes after the suspect dumped the bag of pups a man found them and brought them into an air conditioned business nearby.
