10-Year-Old with Special Needs Severely Bitten Several Times On School Bus

10-year-old Lillian Waldron from Langlade Elementary School in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was severely bitten by another student while riding home on the school bus. Lillian, who is according to her mother, developmentally delayed and cannot speak, sits directly behind the school bus driver and the driver claimed he didn't hear or see anything. This poor little girl had to sit there and take the brutal biting due to a five-point harness car seat that she was in. The school principal said that the surveillance video from the bus was "gruesome and horrifying to look at". The incident is being investigated and the student accused of biting Lillian is no longer allowed at that school.
