A suspect in Victorville punched and shot at a San Bernardino Sheriff's deputy just before 8:30am Wednesday in the 13000 block of Cabazon Court. The video shows some kind of struggle and two shots can be heard, that's when the deputy starts to run away from the suspect. The suspect then begins to fire at the deputy. It has not been confirmed if the suspect took the deputy's gun during the struggle or if he already had it.
