Riverside County DA Mike Hestrin announced in a press conference, that Riverside County prosecutors has declined to bring charges against off-duty LAPD officer Salvador Sanchez who fatally shot a man with an intellectual disability. That officer also injured his parents on June 14 at a Costco in Corona.
