Moreno Valley man arrested on suspicion of stocking Two 14 year old girls

David Klemens, 54, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of committing a lewd acts in front of a middle school and following two young 14-year-old girls in his car as they were walking home from Badger Springs Middle School.
