The Los Angeles Times reports that the 38-year-old also wants to "exercise her right to nominate a conservator of the estate" while referring to the conservatorship as a "voluntary" arrangement. After declaring last month that she didn't want dad Jamie to operate as her estate's sole conservator, she requests in this week's legal docs that a financial management company called Bessemer Trust instead be put in charge of Spears’ finances and the power of attorney for her career and medical decisions. Meanwhile, Jamie recently filed documents to have former co-conservator Andrew M. Wallet return to oversee the estate after he resigned in 2019, a move Britney reportedly opposes.
