Scary movies aren't for everyone. For me (Garrison) I don't like the anxiety they create for me so I try to steer clear of them. I can only love them from afar. Well there is a new study that reveals the scariest movie of all time using science. It's actually pretty cool. The study had participates watch movies in a theater and hooked them up to a heart monitor.
Monitoring the heart rates, they were able to track which moments made the audience the most uneasy, and if they were even able to get back to a normal resting heart rate.
