An Illinois McDonald's is so desperate for workers that they are now offering a free iPhone to any employee that sticks around for six months and meets certain job criteria. A viral photo was shared on Twitter showing a big window sign hanging from the Altamont, Illinois Mickey D's, which read "Now hiring. Free iPhone!"
A McDonald's spokesperson told Insider on Tuesday that individual restaurants are each offering different incentives to get people to work for the burger giant.
