A man and woman were struck by a pickup truck after their car did not stop at a stop sign in Fontana early Sunday morning. The accident occurred on the intersection of Redwood Ave. and Slover Avenue around 12:45am. The pair died on impact. The female passenger has been identified as 47-year-old Blanca Espinoza of Fontana. The man's name who was driving has not been released pending notification of next of kin. The driver of the pick up truck was not injured. Sending prayers to the victims and their families.
