Riverside Police arrested 24-year-old Osvaldo Miguel Manuel Sebastian of Riverside on suspicion of attempted murder and sexual assault by force on Sunday, August 15th after Police responded to a female teenager who was being treated at a Riverside hospital for injuries sustained during a sexual assault from an attacker who she had met online. The suspect is also accused of another sex crime that occurred in August 2020. According to police, Sebastian would meet juveniles on social media and then arrange to meet them in person. He would then drive them to an isolated location to rape them. The suspect would also use a young female to help him meet his victims. Sebastian is being held at the Robert Presley Detention Center on 1 million dollars bail.
