Some people felt Rihanna went a little too far with her tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Rihanna recently changed her Twitter profile picture in honor of Dr. King’s birthday to a familiar picture of the icon smiling with a gold grill. Some people instantly criticized the photo calling it “disrespectful” while others pointed out that Dr. King was from the south and grillz are a part of the contemporary southern culture. In true Rihanna fashion, she ignored her critics who called for her to remove the banner.
