Southwest Airlines doesn't want your devices to go dead during your flight. The low-cost carrier is planning a significant upgrade to its airplane cabins by adding USB-A and USB-C charging ports at every seat. The new chargers will be available starting next year with the airline's 787 MAX aircraft.

Southwest is also planning to double the amount of in-flight entertainment, improve its in-flight Wi-Fi and add more overhead bin space. [USA Today]
