33-year-old Jerome Jackson of Fontana was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside Saturday afternoon in connection with a deadly shooting in Moreno Valley near Tea Rose and Blue Lupin Lanes. The victim, 38-year-old Jason Williams of Riverside was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene after first aid was performed.
