A chemical leak from a railcar near Harvill and Old Oleander avenues in Perris caused authorities to issue an evacuation order for more than nearby 100 homes Friday morning due to a risk of explosion and it may take 2 - 3 days to resolve. Authorities also closed the 215 freeway in both directions.
