A Woman In Alta Loma Went On A Tire Slashing Spree?!

A woman was arrested in Alta Loma after slashing dozens of tires at a senior living complex. They estimated around 50-60 cars had been vandalized and residents are now upset that management does not do enough to keep them safe.
