I don't know what or why there is a reason for someone to conceal carry a FLARE gun, but this guy did. To no one's surprise it goes disastrously wrong in an elevator. The video below shows the incident. What's stranger than the guy get hit with the flare, is the fact that the other individual in the elevator did ABSOLUTELY nothing. His "minding his business" level is at 100.
