52-year-old Dr. Vincent Tran, a doctor that was based in Chula Vista, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 1 year probation after pleading guilty to five counts of filming women inside a bathroom for more than a year at a Veterans Affairs Clinic.
Tran had placed two pen looking spy cameras inside the restrooms back on February 2020. The cameras were not discovered until March 2021 and recordings of several women, including nurses, were found on Tran's devices.
