The family of a Rancho Cucamonga teen who was killed at a Halloween Party in Bloomington on November 1st is offering $10,000 for information about the shooting. According to authorities, 15-year-old Robert Plyley, a student at Alta Loma High School, was shot and killed at a party on the 10600 block of Geronimo Ave. in Bloomington when Plyley attempted to stop a male from fighting a female outside of the party, and that is when he was shot. Authorities are asking anyone with information to please call 800-78-CRIME.
