New speed cameras will issue tickets to drivers going 11mph over limit!

Yoooo.....they're about to get us!! Soon we won't even have to be pulled over by police. These new speed cameras will automatically be issuing tickets to drivers going at least 11mph over the speed limit! Isn't that wild!
