There’s a man from the Bay Area who is suing Red Lobster on behalf of ALL California employees. In his lawsuit he is accusing Red Lobster entities of violating the California Worker adjustment and Retraining Act, which are laws requiring 60 days of written notice for mass layoffs or closure by large companies. Red Lobster has yet to respond.

Plus The Cheech will offer free admission all weekend.

The bad news is his hand is fractured but the good news he will not need surgery.However, it’s unknown when he will return and Miguel Rojas will take over as the Dodgers’ starting shortstop.
