The Los Angeles Zoo will now allow visitors to feed the famous Masai Giraffes in celebration of their 50th anniversary.
(via lamag.com) - "While supervised by staff members, you can give the world’s largest ruminant its favorite snack: leaves. There are six giraffes at the exhibit, including a newborn. Feedings take place every day at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. You can buy your tickets for $5 at the giraffe exhibit right before feeding times."
