A fast spreading fire was reported near Mission In Avenue and the Santa Ana River Bottom Thursday at 11:15am.
Homes along Indian Hill Road near downtown Riverside have been evacuated. The evacuation center is at Dale Senior Center, 3936 Chestnut St., Riverside, 92501.
