Lauren London, the actress that played the spunky character in the 2006 film, has confirmed in a recent interview with Complex that a sequel to ATL is on the way. “I know that they are working on it, and I know that this is something that they are trying to push forward," she said.
“I do know that as much as the fans want it we want it too.”

T.I. hinted at a reunion back in 2015, but we haven't really heard anything about the new film since. While we still don't have any confirmation from the film's director Chris Robinson, he did tell RapUp that if the fans truly wanted it, they'd deliver.
