Former E! News host Catt Sadler made headlines in December for leaving the network after finding out that her male co-host's salary was almost twice her own. During this year's Golden Globes ceremony, actresses were standing up for Sadler en force.
The most notable of the voices was Debra Messing, who made it a point to call out the network when she was being interviewed on the carpet.
Eva Longoria also addressed the issue while talking with Ryan Seacrest.
Brie Larson took to Twitter to offer her support. "We stand with you @IAmCattSadler – equal pay for equal work! #TIMESUP#WhyWeWearBlack,” she wrote.
"I am immensely grateful for the outpouring of support today," Sadler told Page Six. "Thank you to Amy (Schumer), Debra, Eva, Brie, Julianne and so many more women using their voices on behalf of us all. Time's Up."
When Sadler asked the network to pay her equal salary as her co-host, she was refused.
