According to recent reports, an aspiring rapper robbed a Wingstop in Memphis with the hopes of getting Rick Ross' attention, who owns the chain.
23-year-old Cedric Miller was identified through an anonymous tip after WREG showed surveillance footage of the incident. Check it out below:
