Amazon Opens A Completely Checkout-Free Store, No Employees Needed

It really is the future!

Amazon just opened the very first "checkout-free" store in Seattle, something they've been beta testing for quite some time now. The store is open to the public, starting TODAY!

It's all linked to an app on your phone. Just walk in, grab what you need, and walk out! There are scanners on the shelves and tons of cameras to watch your every move. The Amazon Go App enables the store to track what you've "bought."

You open the app on your phone and scan it at the four turnstiles to enter the 1,800 square foot store.
