According to a new report, restaurants are starting to test "surge pricing", something that ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft have recently made incredibly popular.
The hotel and airplane industries have been using this pricing tactic for years, but if it gets picked up by the restaurant industry it means we'll be getting discounts during not-so-busy hours, and a price boost during rushes.
The Chicago Tribune has reported that a London eatery called Bob Bob Ricard has laid out a menu with off-peak and mid-peak pricing. So it has begun...
